Italclassic is operated by Ben and John Rasenberg, Dutch father and son, between them offering over 40 years of hands-on professional experience in classic Italian cars. Italclassic was opened in Alicante in 2006, providing a unique service in Spain, a business which will restore, maintain and upgrade classic cars to the best standards of Northern Europe.
Our location enables North European and American owners to commission extensive restoration and competition projects and to benefit from the saving (as much as 50%) in labour and overhead costs. And, of course, being Dutch, Italclassic is happy to communicate in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian and…. Valenciano! We will be pleased to provide international references on request, both private and trade.
We do not carry out paint or trimming on site, but years of experience means that we contract only the best painters and trimmers in Spain, people who we know and who have proved that they can produce quality and turnaround which match Northern European practice. Similarly, Italclassic uses different parts suppliers from Italy, Germany, Holland, France and the UK, so that we can offer the best value and service to our clients. These are suppliers who have been tried and tested over years and we supply parts at cost price to our customers, so that the saving from our expertise is your direct benefit.
We have built up an extensive stock of second hand parts, mainly for Alfa Romeo 105 series, from which are often able to supply the unobtainable. And access to our knowledge bank can be priceless!
